Salt air and pool chemicals find every weak point: an exposed cut edge, a zinc-plated screw, a seam that holds moisture. The Coastline is our standard booth rebuilt for those sites. The frame is 6061-T6 or 5052-H32 aluminum finished in a PVDF or FEVE fluoropolymer coating system specified to AAMA 2605 performance, the architectural coating class intended for long exterior exposure and the step up from standard polyester powder.
Every exposed fastener is 316 stainless steel, which contains molybdenum and resists chloride pitting far better than 304. Frame seams are closed with a continuous sealant bead so salt-laden moisture cannot wick into joints. Timber-look slat cladding on the plinth and end panel is capped at the ends with antique-bronze-finish end caps, and the four vertical corners carry full-height corner guards against chair and cart knocks.
Cushions use the same quick-dry foam and solution-dyed covers as our other outdoor booths. Even the best coating needs a fresh-water rinse on a regular schedule in coastal sites; we include a short care sheet with every delivery. Ask for the coater's test data for the color you choose.
